We aim to get all orders out on the same day. We guarantee to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.

Please be aware that the only service that offers a guaranteed next day delivery is our Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service. If you absolutely need your order delivered on the next day, please choose this service and order before 4pm.

Return & Exchange Policy
We will be happy to accept your return/exchange within 30 days of you receiving the full order. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. This means that we will refund, replace or exchange your order within 30 days. This applies to used products as well.
COVID-19 Update
Best practice for returning goods in the current situation:
If you have access to a printer, please book a collection with a courier company such as Hermes. Cut out the label and tape it to your return. Leave the parcel in a safe place outside, with a note on your door for the courier driver, explaining where to find the parcel.

If you do not have access to a printer, there are 3 courier services that allow collection without a label. The driver will print the label and put it on your parcel. The three services are: Parcelforce Express24 / Parcelforce Express48 / DX Next Day

You can also use stamps to return an order to us. Please ensure that you place enough stamps on the package to cover the cost of the postage. Simply place in any Royal Mail post box once you have placed the stamps on the package.

Unfortunately, even in the current circumstances, we cannot allow exemptions, as this would lead to abuse of our 30 day guarantee. We are willing to offer advice on how the best way to return for all of our customers.
Conditions of the 30-day guarantee:
- The order must be returned to us within 30 days.

Any returns that do not comply with our refund policy will be returned to sender.
